Alain Fontaine, our France's branch chief gets Honours in Japan

Juste un petit mot pour vous informer que j'ai disputé le "40th All Japan Budo Karate do Championship", au Budokan de Yokohama. C'était le 2 décembre 2006.
J'y ai effectué 9 combats (notamment 1 contre EGUSHI San, le Champion du Japon en titre!).
Maitre TOGASHI, fondateur du MUMONKAI (il termina 5eme, au 3ème All Japan Kyokushinkai en 1973),m'a remis le trophée du Best Fighting Spirit.

Seul Kyokushin, c'était en heavy weight, j'ai fais 9 combats.

On October, 15th, 2006 in Novosibirsk has passed the championship of city on karate Kyokushinkai (Tezuka group) among men, women and young men of 16-17 years. Fighters have taken part in tournament besides our group from federation Budokai (Bluming) and IFK (Arneil).

The first Tezuka group world tournament was a success many countries were represented such as Russia, Japan, Mongolia, Georgioa, Kazakhstan, Romania,Pakistan...

The first and second places were taken by Russian fighters.

Kyokushin karate in mourning

Mas Oyama life's companion Chiyako Sama has passed away on June 6th 2006.

Mrs. Chiyako Sama was a loving wife and mother and had great influence in Mas Oyama's life and Kyokushin.

We, members of the Tezuka group, all send our deepest sympathy to her daughters and family

May she rest in peace at the side of her dear husband and soul companion.

A moment of silence for respect and prayers has been offered in our dojos in her honour.

2006 RUSSIAN CHAMPIONSHIP TEZUKA GROUP

Russian Championship was taken on 17-18 of March in Sarapul (Udmurtiya).

Different towns, such as Moscow, Moscow region, Kazan, Ryazan, Izhevsk, Ekaterinburg, Syktyvkar, Novosibirsk, Yoshkar-Ola, Kirov region took part in the Championship. The President of Russian Organisation Tezuka Group Shihan Boris Belov was the main referee during the Championship.

La petite Laurela DELLE SIDE (IKO Tezuka group card N° AFA 023) à remporté hier le Championnat Inter Régions de France (mini Championnat de France) de Karate (tous styles, dans les regles WKF).

Agée de 9 ans, 2eme Kyu, elle est la fille de Claudio DELLE SIDE (shodan et instructeur avec Alain Fontaine directeur du IZUMI DOJO de Nice). Seule Kyokushin qualifiée pour les Championnats de France de Karaté 2006 (le 1er avril prochain à Paris).

Elle vient d'etre remarquée par les responsables de la Federation Francaise de Karate pour la qualité de son jeu de jambes remarquable (qu'elle tient de son papa !).

tournament place will be used. ¥ 5,000 yens per day will be charged for the

After the tournament will be charged ¥ 10,000 Yen per day
including accommodation and the meal at the hotel at Akiho Hot Spring Hotel

Please note that this is the pre-advice of our International Karate Exchange
Tournament for all of Tezuka group members. The application form for the
fighter candidate and schedule details will be sent separately. This is
only the general planning of the tournament schedule.

Attendance Fee at the tournament for the Foreign Fighters is FREE.

February 18 in Moscow was children's competitions on kyokushin karate IKO-Tezuka group. Age of the participants 7-8 years, 9-10 years, 11-12 years, 13-14 years, 15-16 years.

Were different regions of Moscow on this tournament.

Alan Miljkovic Sensei leaves the Tezuka Group

Due to differences of opinion about the German Kyokushinkai Tezuka Group, Alan Miljkovic Sensei from Krefeld aswell as the board of the European Kyokushinkai Tezuka Group have agreed that Alan Miljkovic Sensei will go his own way and will leave as of to day the Tezuka Group.
So as of 02-10-2006 Alan Miljkovic is no longer connected to the German Kyokushikai Tezuka Group, the European Kyokushinka Tezuka Group and the International Karate Organisation Kyokushin Kai Kan Tezuka Group.
As there is absolutaly no enmity between the two partys we wish Alan Miljkovic Sensei al the best in his future karate career.

Québec – Canada, July 2004

Kancho Toru Tezuka visited Quebec from June 30th to July 8th. He met with the Branch chiefs as well as with many students and enjoyed a very warm welcome.

Kancho Toru Tezuka also spend much time working with Shihan Michel Begin, his personal secretary and Secretary for International Affairs for IKO-Tezuka Group. Much work was accomplished. The International Karate Organization Tezuka Group is growing very fast and within the last 3 months dojos and groups from many countries have been welcomed to the organization : Afghanistan, Aruba, Belgium, England, Finland, Hungary, Iran, Italy, Kirghgistan, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Spain, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan. Not to mention the recent adhesion of Shihan Sjaak van de Velde and his Musashi dojo from Holland.

Also present during Kancho Tezuka's stay in Québec, was Shihan Alain Breugelmans from Belgium, who wished to meet personally with Kancho Tezuka and discuss his potential involvement with the International Karate Organization Tezuka Group. Apparently, Shihan Alain Breugelmans found much of what he wished to dedicate his true kartate life to, since words were heard about possible nominations as Branch Chief for Belgium and Technical Director for Europe.

The first championship of Russian Branch of International Karate Organization Kyokushin Kai Kan Tezuka Group took place in Sictivkar.
Sportsmen from Republic Komi, Tatarstan, Udmurtiya, Mari-El, Novosibirsk and Kirov regions took part in the championship. Apart from IKO, IFK was also represented.

Kancho Toru Tezuka to visit Russia

Kancho Toru Tezuka will visit Russia from October 3 till October 10, 2004. Kancho Toru Tezuka will carry out seminars and dan-tests in Moscow and Kazan. The Championship of Russian Branch of Tezuka Group will take place in Kazan on October 10, and Kancho Toru Tezuka will be present as a guest of honor.

Kancho Toru Tezuka has officially announced that the Kyokushin Kai Kan All Japan Tournament will take place on August 28th and 29th. Kancho Toru Tezuka will act as the highest appeal examiner-in-chief for the tournament. Further details will be released as they become available.
